About Us
Shree Manakamana Secondary English Boarding School, established in 2061 B.S. and located in the Mills Area of Biratnagar-15, Morang, stands as a beacon of purposeful education and progressive values. From humble beginnings, the school has grown into a dynamic institution led by a team of passionate educators dedicated to shaping confident, capable, and compassionate individuals. Under the leadership of Principal Omkar Acharya and co-leaders Indra Narayan Sah, Devendra Kumar Roy, and Amit Shrestha, the school has evolved into a hub of innovation and inclusion, committed to making education meaningful and life-changing for every student.
In Ashwin 2081 B.S., the school embraced a bold transformation by integrating STEAM-based education—Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics—into its core academic structure. This approach equips students with 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. We believe learning goes beyond textbooks; that’s why we incorporate project-based learning, Book-Free Fridays, field trips, and audio-visual methods to make education engaging, experiential, and relevant to real life.
At Shree Manakamana, we aim to nurture the whole child—intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and ethically. Our values-based education draws wisdom from global moral teachings including the Bhagavad Geeta, Quran, Bible, and universal principles of peace, empathy, and responsibility. We actively promote green habits, digital literacy, emotional well-being, and inclusive learning environments where every child—regardless of background—has the chance to thrive. Our mission is clear: to raise responsible global citizens who are not only academically competent but also grounded in character, community, and purpose.
